Type of being: I'm assuming most will be human, but when you have the witch, werewolf, vampire, faerie, shapeshifter, demi goddess/god option, it's kinda awesome and tempting.
Origin/Background Story: kinda obvious what I want here, but keep in mind, there are people that are abused, drunks, have parents as drunks, and smoke, ect. Just be creative. Make your character come to life.
